Advanced
Adult Practices
For
the adults that want more time on the water, this is a good opportunity
to practice on dinghies. You need to have a minimum of White Sail
III or the equivalent experience. The KYC will be providing the boats,
and the race team coach as security on the water.
- Practices will be held the same evenings as the race team practices,
which is on Thursday for the months of June and September, and will
be held Tuesdays and Thursdays during July and August.
- It will be from 5pm to 7:30pm, from June 5th to September 25th.
- You need to be completely autonomous and helpful, because you will
be responsible for rigging as well as damage or loss of the equipment
you borrow from the yacht club.
- The availability of boats will always depend on the race team members
using them, since they have priority. If you have your own dinghy
you are welcome to use it to train with us.
- You will have to tell the coach when you are planning to attend
the practices.
Prices include boat rental and coaching:
$65/night
$405/season (from June 5th to September 25th)
Prices for coaching only:
$25/night
$145/season
