KYC has a membership in excess of 1025
Membership applications are accepted on a first-come first-serve basis.

REGULAR MEMBERSHIP- NOTE: 5% GST comes into effect on January 1st, 2008

1. A $500.00 nonrefundable deposit is required to get on the membership wait list. These fees will be applied towards your dues when you are accepted.

2. One time nonrefundable $2,000 + 5% GST initiation fee.

3. Annual membership dues are $342.00 + 5% GST per year (with an annual cost of living increase each year)

4. The club has a yearly minimum house and bar account of $200.00 to be used for purchasing food and beverages in the lounge.

5. All members pay towards a capital contingency fund of $100.00 + 5% GST.

TOTAL AMOUNT INCLUSIVE: $2,764.10

YEARLY MEMBERSHIP PAYABLE: $664.10

(annual dues + minimum house account + capital contingency)

JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP (12 TO 18 YEARS OF AGE)

The club offers a Junior Membership for youth under the age of 19.
A youth membership is $37.00 + 5% GST = $38.85 per year.

INTERMEDIATE MEMBERSHIP (19 - 29 YEARS OF AGE)

An intermediate membership is $157.00 + 5% GST = $164.85 per year.
(+ an initiation fee that is prorated according to your age at the time of application).

An intermediate membership is half of the membership fees (depending on individual criteria). These persons must be children of members or on the KYC Race team to qualify for this type of membership.

NONRESIDENTIAL MEMBERSHIP

This class of membership is available to "any member whose principal domestic residence lies outside an eighty (80) kilometer radius of the corporate boundaries of the city of Kelowna, Province of British Columbia"
A nonresidential membership is $73.00 + 5% GST = $76.65 per year. This membership can be restored to regular membership at a later date.

LIFETIME AND HONORARY MEMBERSHIPS

The club recognizes the founding members and those who have significantly contributed to the development of the club by issuing them lifetime memberships. Presently we have 11 lifetime members. The club has at present 49 honorary members.
