Exhibitor Information Material:
Please read this material, for dates, times of the Show, etc., completely before downloading the required forms for your participation in the 2012 Kelowna Yacht Club’s Boat and Leisure Show. Exhibitors MUST submit the Application Form and full payment before they are assigned space in the Show.

FORM A – Application for Space:
This form must be completed and submitted with full payment as soon as possible.

This form to be completed and submitted prior to March 23, 2012.

FORM C – Boat Dealer New/Used Display Description Form:
The information on this form assists in the correct allocation of space. Use a separate form if necessary. This form is to be completed and submitted prior to March 23, 2012.

FORM D – Broker/Private Boat(s) Sales (Used):
This form is for KYV Members and Non-Member or Brokers to complete. NOTE: Acceptance is subject to approval by the Used Boat Coordinator.

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE:
The Certificate of Insurance should be submitted prior to March 23,2012. This is a sample of a Certificate of Insurance that is required for each exhibitor to submit. Please ensure that your Insurance Company is informed that the City of Kelowna, 1435 Water Street, Kelowna and the Kelowna Yacht Club, 1414 Water Street, Kelowna MUST be included as Additional Insureds.
